ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING
Customers who have chosen the FREE SHIPPING option (without tracking) should be aware that we only provide proof of shipment. You will NOT be able to track the whereabouts of your order, and there is a risk that the product will not arrive. If you still haven't received your order after 60 days, we will escalate the matter to our Tier 2 support team and refund your money without any further questions.
For orders over $75, we strongly recommend choosing our STANDARD SHIPPING (with tracking) so you can track your order at any time until it arrives.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from https://peachossom.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly to request a return.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when we sent them to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, creased cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic wrap will not be accepted. If the condition of the returned product is unacceptable, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Non-returnable items include those purchased from retailers, incorrectly purchased products, and damaged products that have been mishandled by the customer.
Returns without a receipt may be refused. Peachossom reserves the right to refuse any return.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/WRONG/DAMAGED?
Did you receive a faulty device or the wrong product? Are you simply not satisfied with your order?
Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. Please provide the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
Full delivery address
Telephone number of the contact person
In some cases, you may need to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to receive a refund or replacement.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

We accept cancellations of orders before shipment or production. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is not possible if the product has already been shipped. Processing time is 2–7 days.
For returns initiated by the customer, the customer bears the shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the chosen express service.
If the goods received are damaged or defective due to our fault, the customer will not bear the shipping costs.
