Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We want to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Please double-check that you have selected the correct model and color when placing your order, as we cannot make any changes. Changes or cancellations are no longer possible once the order is in the system.
After you have paid, we will ship the goods as soon as possible.
All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing on holidays and during peak sales seasons.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which you can use to track your shipment. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes on all international orders.
Shipment tracking
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for tracking your order and making the necessary requests to customs or the courier service. Otherwise, if the order is marked as returned to sender or unsuccessfully delivered because the recipient was unable to track the shipment or made the necessary requests or notifications to the courier service, we cannot issue a free refund or replacement, and you may need to place the order again.
 
DELIVERY
Your local customs authority may require additional documents and time to process your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order will be delivered either by the local post office or a local courier service. Depending on the region, most orders are delivered by the local post office, so you will receive the package with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office may leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to collect your delivery.
 
TAXES & DUES
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be levied once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are determined by the customs authority of the respective destination country.
The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and is not covered by us here at peachossom. For further details regarding these fees, please contact your local customs office.
 
CUSTOMS AND REGULATIONS
It is your responsibility to check local postal regulations for prohibited items, as we cannot accept liability for items that are not permitted in the respective country.
