SHIPPING INFORMATION
Note: In rare cases, delivery delays may occur if packages take longer than the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and customs may delay delivery in some cases.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We only cover shipping costs if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time to receive your exchanged product.
Please note that our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which may result in delivery taking some time. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can compensate for damaged items and packages lost in transit, provided we receive proof of loss or damage within 5 days of receiving the goods (see the Refunds section).
The delivery time of an order is divided into two parts:
- Delivery time >> Priority will be given to delivery after receipt of payment
- Shipping methods: Standard shipping, Free shipping
- Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders over €60.
- Shipping costs are €5.99 for orders between €0.00 and €59.99.

We are fully liable for loss, damage, and delay of the package during transport. If the buyer chooses a different shipping company, they assume responsibility for the transport.
